Celebrate Rentals
RENTAL CONTRACT
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this rental contract is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be severed from the contract, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum order of $200 is required. Please ensure that your order meets this minimum to qualify for our rental services.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit is required for all rentals, which includes a $50 late-fee deposit. This deposit is refundable upon the timely return of items in clean and good condition. If items are returned late, dirty, or damaged, you may forfeit all or a portion of your deposit, depending on the circumstances.
PAYMENT
Renter shall pay all charges payable under this contract in advance. A 50% deposit plus $50 security deposit is required at the time of reservation. The total balance is due 30 days before the rental date. If the reservation is made within 30 days of the rental date, the total balance is due at the time of reservation. Changes to the order can be made up to 14 days before the rental date. No refunds will be given; however, in the case of cancellation, the amount paid will be converted into a credit valid for 1 year and can be used toward another rental. Helium, propane, and bubble juice rentals will not be refunded for unused product.
Renter shall pay all reasonable costs of collections, court, and attorney fees. If rental charges are not paid within ten (10) days of the due date, Celebrate Rentals, at our discretion, may re-calculate rental charges on a daily basis and charge the credit card on file. Renter shall pay, in addition to any other amounts payable hereunder, a service charge of 2.0% per month on all past due accounts. There will be a $35.00 charge on any returned checks for any reason.
PERMITS & LICENSES
Prior to the installation of any rental equipment, including tents, the Renter agrees to obtain, at their own expense, all necessary permits, licenses, and other required consents.
SUBSURFACE CONDITIONS
The Renter agrees to locate any underground utilities before the delivery of rented items. Additionally, the Renter agrees to reimburse Celebrate Rentals for any additional costs incurred due to undisclosed or subsurface conditions that result in extra expenses.
SITE PREPARATION
Renter agrees to have the site ready for delivery and installation or dismantled for pickup of the equipment. Additionally, Renter must ensure that all rented items are cleaned up, packed, and ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time. Renter also agrees to pay an additional charge for any delays incurred, along with any labor charges resulting from the Renter’s failure to prepare the site as required.
RESPONSIBILITY OF USE & DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You are responsible for the proper use of the rented items from Celebrate Rentals. By renting our equipment, you assume all risks associated with the operation and use of these items. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold Celebrate Rentals harmless from any and all claims, damages, or injuries (including death) arising from the use, operation, or possession of the rented items. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages or injuries resulting from the negligence of Celebrate Rentals, defects in the rented items, or any other causes.
NO WARRANTIES
Celebrate Rentals makes no express or implied warranties regarding the rented equipment, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All rentals are provided "as is," and you agree that Celebrate Rentals shall not be held liable for any issues related to the rented items.
CARE OF EQUIPMENT & EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
In addition to its other obligations under this contract, the Renter shall:
- Pay a reasonable cleaning charge for items returned dirty.
- Protect the rented items from weather damage, breakage, unauthorized or improper use, theft, or loss while in their possession.
- Be responsible for the cost of replacement for any broken, damaged, or lost items.
The Renter authorizes Celebrate Rentals to charge their card on file for any replacement costs incurred due to damage or loss of rented items.
All items must be inspected by the customer at the time of delivery. If any issues are found, Celebrate Rentals must be notified before the event begins. The Renter is responsible for the equipment from the time of possession until its return. The Renter assumes all risks of loss, regardless of cause. In the event that items are lost, stolen, or damaged, the Renter will bear all costs of replacement or repair, including labor costs. Any items not wanted upon delivery are still the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for.
EQUIPMENT FAILURE
You agree to immediately discontinue the use of any rented items that become unsafe or are in a state of disrepair and to notify Celebrate Rentals of such issues within one hour or less. Celebrate Rentals, at its discretion, will either repair the items within a reasonable time frame, provide a similar item if available, arrange for an alternative pick-up time with a comparable item, or adjust the rental charges accordingly. This provision does not relieve you of any obligations under the contract. In all cases, Celebrate Rentals shall not be liable for any injury or damage resulting from the failure or defect of the rented items.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Renter agrees to assume all risks and to hold Celebrate Rentals and its staff harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and all costs and expenses arising directly or indirectly from:
- The delivery, loading, unloading, erection, installation, dismantling, and use of rented equipment
- Contact with underground utilities, pipes, or any condition on the renter’s property
- All necessary surface repairs
- Any injury or damage during the use of rented equipment, including inflatables and interactives
MOONLIGHT PICKUP POLICY
All rentals must be picked up by 10:00 PM on the day of your event. If you need to return items later than 10:00 PM, you can request a late-night pickup for an additional fee. Alternatively, you may choose to have a next-day pickup or opt for a weekend rental, allowing you to return the items on Monday morning at a discounted second-day rate.
Important Points:
- Standard Pickup: All items must be collected by 10:00 PM on the event day.
- Late-Night Pickup: Available upon request for an additional fee.
- Next-Day Pickup: Option to return items the following day with a discounted second-day rate.
- Weekend Rental: Return items on Monday morning with a discounted second-day rate.
Failure to adhere to the Moonlight Pickup Policy may result in additional charges or forfeiture of your security deposit.
RETURNS – FINAL INSPECTION
Celebrate Rentals reserves the right to modify charges for any broken, missing, damaged, or dirty items within 14 days after receipt.
PRIOR TO RETURN
Rental items, including tables and chairs, should be stacked in the same manner as they were upon delivery. All cooking, beverage, and concession items must be cleaned and returned to their original containers.
